Dit Zy started djing in clubs at the age of 17, moving between various genres of electronic music trying to find his own groove. Playing in various clubs and parties during the years he ended to have a recidency w/ Natural music events at Mantra club, Genova Italy, playing alongside big name of the italian techno scene like Raffaele Attanasio, Mattia Trani, Asymptote, ValentinØ , Paolo Kighine... During his bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering he discovered an immense love for hardware and vsts and decided to continue his studies with a master's degree in music engineering at Politecnico di Milano, where now is based. Due to his love for the Italian freeparty scene his music is strongly influenced by the grooves of tribe music and the massive soundsystems of this type of parties, a fast paced techno mixed with the sounds of 90's hardgroove. His productions are characterised by fast rhythms alternating with 2-step breacks and vocals and scratches inspired by 90s hip hop, already supported by Alarico, Lobster, Chlär, Alberto Tolo and many others.
