Diskoheinz’s love for music was there from the very beginning. Born and raised in the vibrant embrace of Cologne, in his youth, he played guitar in bands with a passion for heavy metal, hard rock and death metal. Soon his musical journey took him on quest to explore a variety of genres such as indie, house, electro, french house and techno. Today, Diskoheinz has a broad taste in both electronic and hand-made music. Behind the decks, he loves to play techno and house music sprinkled with disco, soul, and of course large amount of love. When he’s not DJing on his own or with friends, he is part of Cologne’s one and only Team Rave Aerobic. Since September ’23, Diskoheinz joined forces with OHYEAH and the two started their event series Diskologne, celebrating their love for disco and house music.
