Dean Bryce is the DJ's DJ, revered as perhaps London's best-kept underground secret. Deeply familiar with the dance floor and the craft of DJ'ing, he is a true connoisseur with roots firmly planted in South
London under the influence of the legendary Saxon Soundsystem. Dean's DJ style has been compared to the movie La Haine—intense,engaging, and always impactful. His sets continuously challenge dance floors, ensuring they are never monotonous. "I'll try and get people dancing to open up because I always take risks when spinning records," he says. From House and Disco to Reggae with plenty of curveballs, Dean keeps dancers moving and engaged. He patiently builds tension before unexpectedly switching up tempos and moods. A lifetime of playing and appreciating diverse music genres allows Dean to seamlessly blend different sounds, finding unseen threads between them. Dean wants people to get lost in music. His sets are crafted to create moments of drama on the dance floor, inviting audiences to experience the depth of his musical taste. Now sharing his revered record collection with the world, Dean's innovative and risk-taking approach ensures that his sets are never predictable but always memorable.
Dean was the A&R who discovered Peggy Gou and was former Head of Music at Boiler Room. He now runs the independent music venture Don't Sleep, continuing his visionary leadership and passion for music.
