Daniel Lodig is part of Vienna’s techno history as a promoter of the city's first raves, and a pioneering DJ. He co-founded Pomelo, the techno imprint that's running strong to this day, released memorable records, such as the highly regarded double 12” ’Che Si', which championed a lo-fi minimal sound via New York's Tension imprint back in 1995, and brought the sound of Viennese techno to the era's defining club, such as Tresor, Limelight, and Nitsa. He has recently returned to his hometown Vienna after living in Spain and Indonesia for over a decade, releasing new productions as Lok44 on TRUST, and as /DL/MS/ together with Martin Dibek.
