DADs are an English duo from Newcastle-upon-Tyne. Heavily influenced by the deeper sounds of the underground bass music scene, DADs' production thrives on manipulated and saturated emotive synths, grooving percussion and robotic vocal chops (including smatterings of voice notes from friends) to capture a poignant sound. DADs' releases include 'Love' and 'Julie' on Strand Audio, 'Rheez Nuts' and ‘Grandah’ on Reel Long Overdub and 'Wub1out' on Noise Pollution Recordings. Artists that DADs have supported include: Overmono, Ben UFO, Jane Fitz, Objekt, Giant Swan, Batu, Kessler and DJ ADHD.
