Born in Mexico, self-made in Ibiza, and a US resident. Since Cris Kai moved to Ibiza in 2010, she has been living and breathing electronic music. She interprets atmospheres and traverses landscapes, focused on high-quality underground and little-known producers. Cris has been traveling and playing in Europe and the Americas nonstop since 2016, counting over 30 cities in 11 countries. Since 2022 is part of the international collective Wumanas, promoting and booking womxn artists. She has hosted and curated Luuma Beat Radio Show on Pure Ibiza Radio 97.2fm since 2018. In 2021 Cris started experimenting with her partner creating music with Ableton Live, Bass, Voice, and Synths. As well as both are focused on developing Whole Sign Hovse System, a hybrid set using electric guitar, pedals, and sampling.
