Madrid-based artist, he started DJing in the late 90's in small parties and as a resident in several clubs. In 2005 he changed the decks for a laptop and founded the duo EstadoAv: they fused IDM and guitar shoegaze drones style. Over the last few years, he has been recovering his techno roots under the alias of Courtion. In his productions as well as in his djsets, complex and heavy atmospheres, rough and aggressive textures, and broken industrial rhythms are of great importance. His sound is abstract and mental, highly influenced by British industrial techno. His DJ sets are like a rough and hypnotic hurricane. An ideal style for the darkest parts of the night.
