Biografía
Cosimo's interest in music started in the first 2000s, with hip hop, expanding then to house and electronic sounds. He started collecting vinyls and spinning those ones in local parties.
Since 2008 he approached production and he started his first release with the Floska project, with releases on Sound Department Ascolti, Viva Music, Turquoise Blue, Elevation, Phobic, Tzinah, Joyfull Family and Apulia,
Collaborations are many, such as remixes from and by Andrès, Fabio Della Torre, Adultnapper, Sasse, Nico Purman, Nima Gorji, Matthew Burton, Echonomist, Gwen Maze, Horatio, Latecomer and many others.
From 2012 is involved in the creation of the first underground club of his hometown, Taranto, Sound Department, where he plays almost every Saturday, bringing hundreds of international artists to his hometown, and creating a cultural movement in a city forgotten by government and institutions. This residence improved his knowledge and his eclecticism. He is well known for his closing sets under the sun of his wonderful land and for his extended sets, often among Biagio Laneve with the alias of Sound Department Sound System.
From the 2017 he moved to the Netherlands, dividing his life between Utrecht and Taranto.
