Confusion is a Heidelberg-based producer and resident DJ of the Raserei collective. His sound is defined by highly effective rhythms, minimalistic emerging synths and trippy vocals while keeping a constant energy level. Since 2018, he is shaping the regional techno sound, especially in Mannheim, where he is co-hosting an own Raserei event series with his collective at Disco Zwei with well-respected bookings. In recent years, the focus has expanded to producing stripped-down and groovy techno tools, which, in addition to several self-releases, remixes and various artist appearances on labels such as Schimmer Records or SOPTIK, has also led to releases on labels such as the Berlin label SYXT and Adapter. As a next step, he decided with his collective mates to launch an own Raserei label in June 2022 with a Various Artist release by all residents. Multiple established artists such as Setaoc Mass, Rene Wise, Marrøn, Border One, Kaiser, and Lea Occhi to name a few, supported his music in their sets at venues like Berghain, KHIDI, Bassiani or Radion.
