Chuckwho started hosting an djing parties in Providence, RI in 2007. After many underground events including the famed Palace Parties he was convinced to start playing clubs locally in 2011. After a year of gigging locally and seeing the house music scene in his city in decline he created the cantstop foundation. In 2012 the cantstop foundations stated purpose started as "no dancefloor left behind" with goals to further the house music scene in his local state of Rhode Island and beyond. Now with a monthly residency "The Sweatshop" in Providence and underground venue O he strives to bring new and classic house music to the decks every night he sets up.
