Hailing from West London, Chris grew up embracing his creative side from very early age. Involved in anything performance related through out his school and college years and a long held passion for Dance music led him to finally pursuing his dream of a DJ career in his mid 20s. Although a collector of Old Skool Garage and House to begin with, he cut his teeth with 5 hour sets in the tough west end bars and clubs, where a variety of popular music had to be played. Itching to play more underground music after a year, he went back to the drawing board and took time away to develop his sound. A stint on underground pirate radio station Touch FM allowed him the freedom to play Electro, Tech and Deep House whilst the popular UK Funky was in full flow. Although the London underground scene wasn't fully adjusted to that sound yet, he plugged away without many bookings. It wasn't until his long time friend Darren Nimble a fellow DJ and new promoter began his own House event C.A.N.D.E.Y Floss in 2010 that a regular flow of bookings arrived. The event became popular in West London for a couple of years, but Darren and Chris were eager to get back on Radio together. A collaboration was born as they made their debuts on the Popular Housewave FM early 2012 alongside some of new wave of underground House DJs such as Lance Morgan, Lee B3 Edwards, Bobby Davis and co. They both ventured back into promotion together shortly after with their C.A.N.D.E.Y Floss brand and took it to new venues for expansion. They became part of the team behind the Highly successful #HouseMovers and 100% House Events in 2012-3 and then fully set about honing there live performances as a duo. They were consistenly booked for almost every Friday and Saturday for a year, at all the major venues in London such as Egg, Warehouse, Scala, Hidden, No.65, Coliseum. A short break away and a bigger event was on the cards for the boys as they set up Digital Bitch in 2014 a new underground House brand and event. This has been consistently growing from clubs in west to north London and towards the end of the year arrived at the famous Warehouse LDN. Expect even more from the guys as the Event continues to grow larger in scale , plus their long awaited move into production, a projected record label launch and more live sets planned for 2015.
