Chooc Ly recently played at GGI 끼, Howl Queer City vol.5, Body Movements Festival and Redline in London; she also played at Swallow, a queer club in Los Angeles; Regenerative Feedback at WORM, Rotterdam; Chale Wote Festival in Accra, Ghana; Bergen Kunsthall, Norway; and The Living Art Museum, in Reykjavík, Iceland. She also runs the platform and club night series Décalé that puts on evenings of experimental, collapsing and flawless sounds/visuals. Décalé means: ‘Being displaced in space and time.’ Invited artists have included FAUZIA, Sami Baha, Manara, Sin Wai Kin, Zinzi Minott, Dancing Queer الراقصة المثلية شروق العطار, Poulomi Desai and many more. She's made remixes for Bas Jan (Lost Map Records, UK), Whalesharkattack (Metronomicon, Norway), Dalcym and Richard Colvaen (La Boocle, FR/Belgium); and she released her music on '5', a 12-track compilation featuring music from key artists affiliated with the Chinabot label.
