Chamelio 3000, also known as Chamelio Salamander, is a German-born DJ of Greek descent, with a passion for '80s black music, Chicago and Detroit house scenes. He got his first vinyl at 16 and quickly immersed himself in the music world. A breakdance and hip-hop fan since 1984, he was also influenced by German electronic pioneers. Chamelio creates a dynamic DJ set using Ableton Live, CDJs, and turntables. Chamelio runs his own show at CLIMAX Stuttgart, acclaimed for over 25 years for its top-notch electronic scene, featuring artists like Shubostar and Reznik, among others. He also plays bi-monthly at KOWALSKI, a distinguished German club. Chamelio made waves with his “EARTH MIX Vol. 1”, securing second place in the Beatport World Wide Mixcharts.
