Chafic is a Beirut born and raised collector and selector. His passion for house and techno manifests in his carefully curated sets. Chafic initially drew inspiration from the scene of his hometown to develop an eclectic and diversified approach to electronic music. Since moving to Canada, he has co-founded the Carousel Collective, through which he organizes raves and invites artists from all over to take part. His soundscape is rich in acid sounds, grooves, and goes from slow and minimal to fast and loopy depending on set and setting. Through his versatile genre-bending mixes, he seeks to take the listener on a journey as he believes the dance floor is a space for both reflection and self expression.
