Based in İstanbul, BUSSI is a sound engineer, DJ/music producer, music director and event manager. Formerly a bass guitarist, BUSSI was producing music into different forms in early years. A crucial voice of the local Turkish electronic music scene, she caught the attention of the scene rapidly touring a lot in the past years after finishing her Audio engineering program. Made her Europe appearance in Berlin at the one of the most prestigious club, Katermukke recently, following performances in Budapest, Rome, Paris, Egypt and Tirana. She released her first track ‘’Space Clock’’ from Metiora, top indie dance producer worldwide, REBRN’s label as a strong debut, already playing the track in all dancefloors around the world including Oliver Koletzski’s Garbics Festival Performance, and getting strong reaction from the listeners worldwide. Following Space EP will be released on one of the best Indie dance label Bunny tiger including ID ID and Modbit Remixes. Following her success on stage, she was a part of some special projects this year as being the first woman ever played a DJ set in 85m high on a wind turbine, for Enerjisa world music campaign. The performance reached over 1 million views worldwide. Afterwards, she was invited to perform at Fashion Week Studio in Paris and Milano with world-famous designers. Also in the past years she represented Turkey in Pioneer DJ global seminar on Woman’s day. Contributing the music scene in İstanbul, she is directing Overdaze events & Zoe Garden nightclub. She defines her style as as a fine selection of indie dance with groovy basslines and rhythms, in an addition with some well selected house touch.
