About BrüneX
BrüneX, a rising name on the electronic music scene, is based in Belgrade and performs across Serbia, Croatia, and Austria. Since relocating from Zagreb in February 2025, the artist has quickly established a presence. Previously known as TWO SEVEN, the BrüneX project launched on May 1st, 2025, marking a significant rebrand and artistic evolution.
Musical Style & Focus
The past year has seen BrüneX dedicated to honing its DJ skills, with a focus on the darker, more energetic realms of electronic music. The artist's repertoire prominently features underground techno and hard groove, while also exploring melodic and progressive forms such as Melodic Techno, Progressive House, and Progressive Techno. In essence, BrüneX navigates a broad spectrum of genres characterized by emotively intense and dramatically driven techno soundscapes.
Performance Experience & Highlights
Despite being in the early stages of a public musical journey, BrüneX has garnered valuable experience through performances at notable Zagreb clubs, including Dva Osam, Ro&Do,
Villa Werner, Aquarius Klub, Opera Club in Vienna, Austria, Kult in Belgrade, Serbia, and many more. These engagements have provided key insights into audience engagement and response. A significant milestone is a debut performance at the INmusic Festival in Zagreb this year (2025), representing a significant step forward in the artist's career.
Future Aspirations & Collaboration
While actively building a dedicated audience and solidifying artistic identity, BrüneX believes the work has strong potential to align with the festivals concepts. The artist welcomes opportunities for collaboration, including warm-up slots, afterparties, smaller programs, and joint projects. For BrüneX, this is more than a career, it is a vital means of self-expression and authenticity.
Approach to DJing
BrüneX crafts sets as narratives, emphasizing tension, repetition, and the impactful release that opens up the dance floor. Inspiration is drawn from visionary artists such as Enrico Sangiuliano, Nico Moreno, Sara Landry, and Deborah de Luca, among many others. Music is considered a space for freedom, sincerity, and raw energy. The artist's approach is focused, dedicated, and driven by a desire to create emotionally coherent narratives within each set – from hypnotic introductions to rhythmically mighty, euphoric peaks. The objective extends beyond simply performing, aiming to forge a connection with the audience through groove, texture, and pulse.
