Break Behaviour, a Milan - based duo, inspired by the early sound of the Kyiv electro-brake scene, DJ duo Mars and Vlad, known as Break Behaviour, are the ones taking the Uk form of sound and transforming it into a new thrilling futuristic, hard, and sexy groove, by using their sets combination of such electronic genres as Breakbeat, Uk bass, and Uk Garage. Vlad and Mars are originally from Kyiv, Ukraine, where they share a common passion for music. They met back in 2020 after meeting at a mutual friend's party. From that moment on, their common energy and interest in music only gained momentum, and they gladly invested in the musical future. Mars is part of a Dj Duo based in Berlin. He is originally from Kyiv where he was the co-owner of a club and label called 98.3. They organized parties focused on breakbeat, electro, and jungle. They invited artists such as Mell G, DJ Fuckoff, Breaka, Gamma Intel, and Defekt. When the war started, the club had to shut down but that didn’t stop his movement. He decided to start his solo project where his vision is to enlighten the world by pushing his sound worldwide without being attached to some particular place. Mars was inspired by the Eastern European punk scene, which shaped his musical tastes from an early age. Vlad was born in a small town , there wasn’t much of art activities going on around , so the only escape was his fathers vinyl collection , sounds of 60x rock and 70x funk inspired him to dive in to the world of vibrations as he grew up he started to discover new forms of speed up funk such as jungle and breakbeat . From adolescence, he delved more and more into the history of DJ’ing and electronic music in general. Experimenting with sounds and trying different genres and styles, he did not quite understand where it all could lead. But everything changed when he moved to Kyiv and met a representative of Kyiv electro society, Mars. This is where the story begins, realizing an in-common passion for broken beats they came up with the project Brake Behavior: After the full-scale invasion of Russia duo was forced to move out of their main playground to Italy and that's where they came up with c collaborative Project Brake Behaviour after 5 years of gaining skill and developing musical projects and the style of sound, back in my hometown Kyiv. With their passion to mix, the groove of breakbeat, and Uk G dub bass synth, the duo pushes the boundaries of experimental rhythm to craft a truly progressive sound. Together, Mars and Vlad bring a unique energy to their performances, one that attracts audiences who crave an immersive musical experience. Their DJ sets captivate audiences with relentless energy.
