The new musical project of Sydney based electronic artist Brad Mullins, shared the first glimpse of his talents as a songwriter with the debut single ‘Back To Life’ featuring the voice of Jade Alice. A hard-ticket show at Sussudio in Sydney was followed by a national radio premiere on Triple J, high rotation adds to a long list of dance stations globally and eight consecutive weeks in the ARIA club chart, peaking at #11 in Australia. In 2023, Brad Mullins revealed the powerful continuation of his artist project with the sophomore single ‘A Thousand Miles Away’ featuring the sublime vocals of Los Angeles based talent Maddi St John. The record showcased a further layer of brilliance to Mullins’ sound early in the project, leaving a blooming impression of what lies ahead. BM cut his teeth as a regular in the DJ booths of some of Australia’s most esteemed dance venues and festivals over the last decade. Countless nights in the controls of dance-floors were fuelled by long-term residencies at the revered electro powerhouse Starfvckers and globally renowned techno mecca, Goodbar Sydney. Night shifts at the likes of Revolver Upstairs, sets on festival stages including Subsonic, Earthcore, Future, Your Paradise and club performances throughout the Asia-Pacific and Europe were all experiences that inspired and forged the new chapter. Most recently, Brad Mullins stood out amongst thousands of entries to win the JBL music scholarship, set to commence at Australia’s acclaimed Studios 301 in October. On the performance front, Brad supported one of Australia’s biggest dance exports, grammy-winner Cassian, for the hometown show of his ‘Great Southern Land’ tour at ‘Above’, in Sydney’s biggest nightclub; ivy - debuting a new repertoire of music that will be released in the coming months.
