Boy Sonic is the DJ alias of Stjepan Kujadin, a Croatia-born, Zurich-based DJ who builds dancefloors on the axis between Chicago house and Detroit techno—seasoned with disco warmth and a sharp sense of tension and release. Inspired by the lineage of Carl Craig, Floorplan and Honey Dijon, his sound doesn’t sit neatly in a genre box; it moves through it, guided by groove, energy and intent. Playing digital and leaning into high-energy mixing, Boy Sonic is known for stitching iconic vocals, live remixes and emotional lyrical moments into sets that feel like a journey - equal parts body and mind. He starts by pulling the room into the pocket, then lifts it into a full-motion flow where the music becomes collective: strangers turning into dance partners, dance partners leaving like friends. He is a resident DJ and co-founder of Bitch Pleaze, a culture-driven movement built around self-expression, liberation and community—creating spaces where people don’t shrink, don’t edit themselves, and don’t need permission to show up fully.
