Down on his luck and living out of a lobster pot, he scraped a living busking to Abba songs in rush hour and at weekends, and was hired to play outside nightclubs that were sold out in order to get rid of the people queueing. Confusion reigned, and, now institutionalized, he sees himself as a deity akin to Jim Morrison, while in reality the only likeness is his beard and his ability to see into the future. True story.
