Host of a bi weekly podcast, Seeing Sounds, Blindstares has been keeping busy documenting the DJ scene in DC giving other local DJs a platform to showcase their taste. A member of This/Side a music and art collective focusing on a range of genres and mediums, Blindstares has made rounds playing venues such as Back Bar, El Techo, Flash, and The W Hotel. 2018 saw his jump into the DJ scene, quickly cementing himself as a local taste maker and landing opening slots for the likes of Cosmos Midnight, Darius, Le Youth, Moods, Pat Lok, and Young Franco. 2019 continues to be a promising year as working on original releases and side projects with This/Side such as Mixed Greens, a party hosted at Rewild Plant Studio.
