Combining fragments of dance, industrial and noise with ambient choral and orchestral sounds, BJ Holy compositions are idiosyncratic and expansive. Coming from an electronic music production background, BJ's current practice focuses more on live performance with an interest in curating a timelessness and forging a meditative communion with audiences. In the last months, BJ Holy has performed in south-east London venues Ormside Projects, Spanners and the Rivoli Ballroom and played alongside Lee Gamble in Paris last year. This summer BJ will be performing at Corsica Studios, soundtracking a play adaptation of Nabokov’s Ada or Ardor, and playing international shows in Europe and Canada.
