In 2016, two mates Anton and David began Dj'ing Funk and Soul records under the name Boogie Mates. The project evolved over time and became several things along the way, before settling on its present platform. Allthough still expanding. 2018 was the year where "Boogie Mates" became "BGM8S Collective" [red. BGM8S still pronounced as Boogie Mates]. They steadily started to establish themselves on the scene, With a wide arrange of releases, some of which gained a lot of attention. They have quickly gone to become stable figures behind the decks, like their re-occuring label-night at the infamous club, Culture Box in Copenhagen, where the collective works the crowd at the Red Box stage from opening until close. As a record label they release House music and related genres, made by artists based in Denmark [red. With the exception of their VA records which can boast international artists] Frontmen Anton & David continues to run the daily operation.
