Benouze

For Benouze, it's always been about the music. Spending hours looking for records, finding something a little unusual, sharing it with people and seeing what happens. He likes to keep things open, mixing different influences without feeling the need to stick to one particular style. There's a playful side to his sets, sometimes a little nostalgic, sometimes a bit unexpected, but always with the idea of having fun and making people dance. He's particularly fond of records with character, whether it's a strange synth, a good bassline or a forgotten track that deserves another spin. Over the years, he's played at places like La Station, Virage, Le Gore and À la Folie in Paris, as well as HÖR Berlin. He's also been invited to share his music on radios including Rinse and Gimic Radio. Music also takes up a big part of his life outside of DJing. After spending three years working on the artistic direction and management of Kluster, he continues to be involved in the independent scene through different projects. On Line Out, he hosts House Is Not Dead, his monthly radio show, as well as L'After, a talk show where he invites people from the scene to discuss club culture and everything around it. In June 2026, he released his first track, Some Piano and Balloons, and is now working on new music alongside Moderno Disco, his own label project. At the end of the day, it's all part of the same thing: a love for music, the people around it and the places that bring them together.
