BENGALA
Biografía
BENGALA (they/them), born and raised in Barcelona to Spanish and Indian parents, is a cross-disciplinary artist whose work spans DJing, live performance, composition, and musical curation. Their DJ sets are defined by a subtle yet powerful interplay between delicate melodies and strong, hypnotic percussion. They explore a wide range of genres, from Guaracha, Techno, and Hard House to Deconstructed Club, always weaving in Indian-inspired rhythms as a tribute to their heritage.
From an early age, BENGALA’s passion for music drove them to create artistic projects in Barcelona, shaping their identity as a professional curator. Their work has led them to organize and perform at iconic venues such as Razzmatazz and Apolo, where their events merge immersive soundscapes with a strong sense of community and inclusivity.
Now based in Berlin, BENGALA continues to expand their musical vision, bringing an eclectic, high-energy approach to the city’s dynamic electronic scene. Their sets are not just performances—they are journeys that blend cultural influences, experimental sound design, and dancefloor-driven energy, reflecting a lifelong commitment to music as both art and activism.
