Bridgette Crowell, also known as beewack, is a New York- based DJ and curator. She got her start booking artists at some of NYC’s most respected venues, such as Blue Note, Highline Ballroom & Le Bain. In recent years she has shifted her focus; jumping behind the booth to give dancers a reason to move their hips. Drawing on her love for house music as well as the sounds of calypso, disco, and RnB she grew up with, a beewack set is sure to blend genres and inspire motion. beewack’s commitment to community joy through music has landed her regular appearances at Le Bain, Good Room, Elsewhere, Nowadays, Mood Ring, Black Flamingo, and other booming clubs around the city.
