bauhof discovered his father’s music collection at a young age and was immediately drawn to electronic productions of all kinds. Around the age of 12, he began teaching himself how to DJ—without any equipment—using just a laptop. He created my own mixtapes featuring his favorite EDM and House Music, which he listened to every day on the bus ride to school. When bauhof moved out for his studies he started going out to new clubs, he met some of his now closest friends, who encouraged him to pick up DJing again—this time with proper equipment. That’s when he rediscovered his passion, ultimately finding his place in Raw Techno. The Sound of bauhof embodies the pure spirit of where it all began evolved into the next generation. I’m captivated by the minimal yet driving sounds of this genre and feel privileged to share that energy through my residency at Klub PAN.
