BASS SIDE

Sebastián García Arenas A.K.A Bass Side (CO) Colombian DJ and producer, was born in the city of Medellín in 1995. From a very early age he was interested in music, a passion that he inherited from his grandfather. His first instrument was the guitar, later in his adolescence he began to attend electronic music events and parties, and that is where his passion for these sounds was born. A passion that led him to learn to play empirically, initially taking it as a hobby. Later he decided to enter an academy where he began to develop his artistic profile in a professional and consolidated way, strengthening his knowledge, learning music production and entering the local scene. Currently Bass Side (CO) has been DJing for 2 years in the best clubs in his city and being part of great collectives such as Rate, Censored and currently sebel music, a label through which he will make his first musical release. He has had the opportunity to share a booth with an international artist such as Per Hammar and with the best local exponents. Influenced by great artists worldwide such as Chris Stussy, Mihai Popoviciu, Kolter, Andrey Djackonda,among others .He has managed to find a characteristic sound, moving in different musical lines such as house, deep house and minimal.
