Basement Tracks

Started DJing as a youngling around 86 or 87 after hearing Pump Up The Volume by MARRS. After doing the house parties rounds during the early Acid House Craze I moved to Munich where I got into the early 92 techno scene and rubbing elbows with the local DJs of the day. Back in Buenos AIres I was resident and guest DJ at several underground clubs during the 90's until I moved to the US. During the 2000's I focused on building my discogs store (with north of 10,000 records now - https://www.discogs.com/user/jancito303) and DJing in the Baltimore and DC area as a guest DJ. In 2020 (with Hernan Cronner) we opened a physical record store in Madrid (Radial Store), where we also organized a series of streaming, club and radio events. I am also a vinyl curator for a couple of YouTube channels, then main one being Basement Tracks (https://www.youtube.com/@BasementTracks). My DJ sets revolve around three main styles: Deep House (with heavy focus on Detroit), Dub and Deep Techno, and also old school and classic jacking house, 90's acid and techno.
