Balázs Rőth (born in 1985) aka Balien is functioning officially as a DJ in Slovakia since 2007 but the world of disk packing and electronic music started to fascinate him when he was 12 years old.His music is characterized by quality, precise, bouncing tracks, with a bit of experimental mediterranean atmosphere but mainly acoustic instruments are playing the key role of his music. He debuted in Hungary at 15th of November 2008. In the summer of 2010 he participated on a DJ Camp signed by the name of Andrewboy. This event changed significantly his career in a highly positive way. He had the opportunity to learn from Jay Lumen, Snake Sedrick and so on as the resident of Palace Club in Siófok, where he met those young talents with whom they later created the Next Generation DJ -company and group, which would like to develop and propagate the deep-tech-house genre between masses, starting in Budapest. Recently they are playing between the walls of Chachacha club in Margaret Island two times per month. 2010 - inspired by the DJ Camp mentioned above he participated on a DJ competition held in Tata@Hungary, where he except of the 4. Place from 26 won also the Viewer’s Choice and the Special Awards. Igor Do'urden aka Reecoba , Bourne, Streako, , Savaudio, Chriss Ronson, and so on… After that the number of his performances has grown significantly, for example, in the world wide known Coronita Music Club...Alongside „clubbing“ he has participated as well on events of bigger volume organized in halls, for example the biggest Slovakian Music Festival,named 'Bee Free 2012'. 2011 - has brought him the biggest recognition next to the fact, that his dream came true with the provision to beatport,juno,traxsource....as producer! Balien belongs to those performers who dare to play something different for the audience (deep-tech,tech house). To his main priorities belongs the fact, that from time to time he writes his own compositions in different, unique styles. His philosophy says that even his name can‘t be the same, if the music what he produces has two faces as well.
