Balfa is a sound enthusiast trained in Telecommunications engineering and specialized in acoustics. His work is connected with the electronic circuits exploration using recycled materials for audio-visual creation. Known for his peculiar handmade machines and instruments, Balfa is manipulating and ‘bending’ every device he founds, making music from anything that can make sound. In September 2019, Perfecta Analogía De La Decadencia is self-released under his project and label BLF Lab. Made with the artist’s handcrafted synthesizers and instruments, this debut album encompasses the sonic explorations and experiences of living in Berlin for four years. Since then, he is performing and releasing music with these handmade machines.
