Axhel first approach to music began early in life as a skilled piano and guitar player from a young age. He became influenced by electronic artists such as Moby, Groove Armada, Daft Punk, Gorillaz, Paul Kalkbrenner, etc. He started mixing around late 2008 when he moved to Culiacan and after a while he was playing in some of the most prestigious venues of the city. He has held, ever since, numerous residences and played in some of the most popular music events on northwest Mexico. Experience and his excellent music selection have positioned him as one of the most know artists from the region. His sound has continuously evolved during his dj career, always staying true to his techno roots, same he reflected on his first track release ‘’Chrysalis’’ which came out on January 2017 in the ADE VA Compilation from Subwoofer Records.
