Atosigado is the name of the project by Oscar Landgrave, originally from Tijuana, Baja California (currently residing in Hermosillo, Sonora). Since the project’s formal launch in 2020, its sound has been in constant evolution, moving through many genres such as ambient, noise, IDM, modern classical, sound collage, progressive electronic, hardcore techno, and deconstructed club. In 2023, the project began to shift, focusing on experimentation with danceable and percussive music, incorporating cumbia, tribal, guaracha, reggaeton, and Brazilian funk into its sound. It fuses previously explored genres with others like footwork, UK garage, jersey club, breakcore, RKT, among others.
