Keen of music since a very young age, Ato got enrolled at the Conservatory when he was only 10 years old. A little later, his restless and lively mind pushed him to be part of different rock bands. However, he would soon discover his interest in electronic music. Completely hooked by what he was hearing at the end of the 90s at Madrid clubs such as Midday, Goa or The Room, what it began as a passion, it soon become a lifestyle. In this sense, artists such as Dj Garth, Rasoul, Cris Duckenfield, Faze Action, Halo Varga, Phonique o Danny Tenaglia, among others, are main references of his musical taste. He soon started spinning in alternative and underground Madrid clubs founding “Leo Rave” Collective. Since the first improvised 2000 edition and in the following five years, Ato has been producing parties, throwing events and mostly rocking and fueling the crowds in the legendary “Leo Rave” festivals. After 15 years behind the decks spinning plates, it is recently that he has decided to focus on production, reaching a very personal style with clear influences from North American trends at the end of the 90s, beginning of 2000. House, Funk, disco and electro blend amazingly in his music; unique sets that have been conceived to be experienced to its fullest on the dance floor.
