Emerging in 2022 from Queens, New York, United States, ASMOT (A Story Made of Time) blends house into a genre-defying sound. We are Claudio and Jean Paul, better known as ASMOT, a DJ and producer duo. As an uncle and nephew team, music has always been at the center of our bond. Claudio introduced JP to DJing and production at a young age, and what started as mentorship has grown into a powerful collaboration. We produce and play a wide range of house music, but focus on all types of Afro house, creating sets that are designed to move people—deep, hypnotic, and high-energy journeys that reflect our shared passion for rhythm and storytelling. For us, ASMOT is more than music; it’s our family’s story expressed through sound—a connection passed down and reimagined for the dance floor.
