Growing up between Peru and California, Ariana Vizquerra found a special love for Dance Music from a very early age. The diversity in cultures and different moments in time influenced her artistic trajectory, inspiring her to embark on an ever-evolving exploration of sonic landscapes. At 15, as she returned to her roots in South America, she founded her project Arivi and started playing in respected local bars and clubs, eventually leading her to step into the booth of beloved gatherings including The BPM Festival (MX), Departamento (MX), The Electric Pickle (MIA), Do Not Sit (MIA), V.SIONS (LA), Lima Fashion Week (PE), Blonde Bar (SD), and LIFE IN COLOR (PE), only to name a few... Inspired by the realms of House, Techno, Experimental, and Electro, Arivi crafts a sonic journey that transcends temporal boundaries, taking the listener on a flight from the vintage perspective into the future intelligence of sound. Currently based in Los Angeles, this fanatic of analog machines and modular synthesis dedicates the majority of her time in the studio focused on the art of sound design and technology, infusing sacred cosmic frequencies with raw organic rhythms and powerful basslines.
