Born and raised in Humboldt Park, Anthony Cruz has set his life and musical roots in Chicago. He works tirelessly to make his community better both through his bike shop programs, and giving people a way to feel free - through music. His minimal and deep house selections cut through and his performance style feels connected to the dancefloor. Anthony Cruz is creating his own sound in Chicago while drawing inspiration from sources like Ricardo Roessel, Nesto, Tied events, and his dad who was a house music dj in the mid 80’s. While active in chicagos underground electronic scene and house music community he’s opened for notable names in the underground electro scene such as Mihai Popoviciu, Direkt, Ika and Usherenko along with Chicago house legends Terry Hunter and Duane Powell.
