Annika’s soul finds food for thought in music and art. Since being a kid, practicing street dance and swing, she has tightened a strong bond with the sense of rhythm, becoming the Art Director of various projects. In 2015, Annika has moved to Barcelona, where the clubbing culture definitively has merged with her blood, harmonizing her feeling with electronic sounds and initiating her to the musical path that she is still following. Back to Italy, she has become famous through DJ sets characterized by actual introspective journeys, integrating digital and analogic sounds, mixing the involving tech-house with cosmic micro-grooves. These same sounds characterize Varko, her personal radio space on Ibiza Hott Radio. Annika has taken part to many ambitious events, such as Cocoon (Rimini), Cocoricò @Frame (Bologna), Amore Festival, RE.FACE / Soular, She Made (Rome), Leequid (Manfredonia), Move On (Rimini), Re.Form (Cosenza), DUB (Milan), Freaky Deaky (Prato), Point (London). From 2015 to 2016, she has been resident DJ both at After Lesson and Undergroove parties. From 2017, making the most of her degree in the sanitary field and attending courses to become a Holistic Operator of Sound, she has started exhibiting in live sets with Tibetan bells and other ancestral instruments, so as to make the audience feel the music as a medicine for the body and the soul. Annika is a poliedric artist and she is constantly growing.
