Anna Randt
Biografía
Anna Randt describes her approach to audio as a completely intuitive process; ideas develop without rational control. She approaches audio as a way of inhabiting and interrogating life. Listening as an active inquiry. Steering the unease.
Her process moves in the tension between precision and abandonment, and to act free of assigned context. Ideas surface through experiences of friction. It should be important to dare to scream, scream loud, get angry.
Audio is not to be explained, but to be reimagined in another form. Don’t define it.
HOW CAN MUSIC BE INTERPRETED AS A PAINTING OR A FORM OF VISUAL ART?
OR A WAY OF SEEING?
WAY OF HEARING?
TO HEAR
TO MAKE
TO GO
WAY
WAY OF MAKING
WAY OF MAKING WHAT YOU SEE. WHAT YOU SEE.
HEARING.
