Antonella Anela, known as ANELA, is an Italian DJ and producer with Belgian roots and a soul deeply connected to the international electronic music scene. Based in Italy, ANELA discovered electronic music from her very first listen, soon turning that passion into a solid and ever-growing career. From the beginning, she stood out for her high energy behind the decks and her ability to create a genuine connection with the crowd through dynamic and immersive sets. ANELA is also a striking figure—both in style and presence—but behind that strong image lies a reserved and shy person who expresses herself best through music, her true strength and most authentic voice. Over time, she has released on renowned labels such as D:Vision, IAMT, Autektone, and Eclipse Recordings, building a sound identity that blends Electro House, Tech, and her own distinctive take on Techno and Hard Techno, characterized by solid grooves and dark atmospheres. ANELA tours regularly across Italy and Europe, performing in clubs and festivals in major cities and capitals. She is especially active in the Canary Islands and Poland, where she’s been reconfirmed for new dates. At the same time, new opportunities are emerging in Italy, with expanding projects and ongoing collaborations. After a break following the post-Covid period, ANELA embarked on an artistic redefinition, triggered by an unsatisfying collaboration: her previous producer failed to capture her vision, leading to frustration and creative disconnection. However, in 2024, what she calls an unexpected turning point occurred: the meeting with an important international producer—a match that felt like a gift from the sky. From the very beginning, artistic magic happened. Every idea clicked, every sound aligned perfectly. With him, ANELA finally found the symbiosis she had long been seeking: someone who instantly understood her and translated her vision into sound exactly as she imagined it. This collaboration gave birth to a new production journey that officially started in January 2025, with a structured and ongoing project featuring one track released per month—a new chapter that marks the heart of ANELA’s artistic evolution. ANELA never stops: she’s constantly seeking new sounds, exploring and diving into the endless nuances of the electronic world to grow and surprise—both in the studio and on stage.
