Eugenio Altieri is an Italian producer/designer based in Shanghai. Ever since Eugenio met house music in early 90s at the famous Disco Ennennci in Naples, the two became inseparable. He started to play with machines and samples in 2004, trying to mix his music passion with his visual attitude, creating many audio/video projects and working on several 'Weirdo Productions' season. After finishing his design studies, he moved to Shanghai where he he founded the DesToys duo, a live project influenced by horror, space disco and American 80's commercials. In 2015 “Altieri” his solo project. While influenced by the Dark Side of house, new wave and obscure disco, but his key inspiration for is the course of his daily life itself. Thanks to a fateful meeting with Fabrizio Mammarella, Altieri's debut album EDO was released on Slow Motion records.
