As adolescence transitioned into early adulthood, Rivero's musical odyssey unfolded amidst the alternative scene of the 2000s, where he lent his percussive prowess to various well-known bands at the time, including the likes of Monofeel. Yet, amidst the success of traditional bands and established pop acts, Rivero yearned for a medium that would afford him unbridled creative freedom. It wasn't until the advent of the electronic music renaissance in Mexico – catalysed by the burgeoning scene in Tulum and Playa Del Carmen – that Rivero found his sanctuary. Embracing his newfound calling, Rivero embarked on a multifaceted journey, not only as a prodigious DJ, but also as a visionary curator, event organizer and sound engineer. His contributions in each of these fields became instrumental in shaping his own artistic progression, as he navigated the labyrinthine corridors of the country’s underground clubs and festivals, leaving his own unique mark on each sonic canvas he touched. In 2013, Rivero expanded his journey of sonic exploration, venturing into the realm of music production, where he drew inspiration from the likes of Adriatique, Radiohead and Dépêche Mode. With each meticulously crafted track, Rivero wove a tapestry of enchantment, melding ethereal melodies with pulsating rhythms; a testament to his unwavering dedication to his craft. The year 2017 marked a seminal moment in Rivero's career as he ascended to the coveted role of resident DJ at the legendary Maxa Camp at Burning Man. Building the sound system for the famous Deer Art Car, he went on to showcase his own transcendent soundscapes amidst the dust-laden expanse of the Playa. It was here, amidst the ephemeral majesty of Burning Man, that Rivero found communion with his artistic essence, channelling the primal energy of the desert into his own unique sound. Fuelled by a desire to nurture emerging talent and foster a vibrant music culture, 2017 also saw Rivero open his now-famed Fractal studio in CDMX; a sanctuary for musical exploration and artistic innovation. Through Fractal, Rivero continues to provide a platform for local and international artists alike, offering a space where creativity can flourish. Rivero's musical journey reached new heights with the release of his debut album, "Rise," on Trajinera Records in 2019, a magnum opus that encapsulated his musical evolution. Subsequent solo productions and collaborations with esteemed artists such as Carlita (on Children of the Future) and Coss (on Akumandra) followed; further solidifying Rivero's status as a rising talent within the electronic music sphere.
