Selected for the 2020 BBC Asian Network Residency cohort, Almass has since featured on WorldwideFM, RinseFM, NTS, BBC 1XTRA, Foundation FM, Refuge Worldwide & more. Almass can now be regularly heard live on Voices Radio with her monthly show, Mass Movement. When not DJ-ing, Almass is on the mic, on air or programming music around the world. Almass Badat’s multi-hyphenated nature positions her as a well-rounded storyteller using sound to connect people, culture and music.
