Alex Rush

Hailing from Transylvania, Alex Rush (RO) is a DJ and producer currently based in Ibiza, whose journey began in London before evolving into a solid presence on the international tech-house circuit. After relocating to Ibiza over three years ago, Alex became part of the Tantra Club family, delivering regular appearances in Playa d’en Bossa and joining the Impulse residency. The concept has hosted a series of successful dates featuring headliners such as Latmun, Marc Maya, Simone Liberalli and more, contributing to its growing recognition within the local scene. Expanding beyond its original setting, Alex also co-founded the new EXTND Ibiza, a concept focused on exporting Ibiza-born energy to international locations. Alongside his DJ career, Alex shifted his focus to music production just over two and a half years ago, with the past year marking a significant breakthrough. In 2025, he released 13 tracks onEPs and VAs on labels including NoZzo, Samba, Rebels, Witty Tunes, BNN Records, Rebels, Solaris, Safari Groove and others. His track “Burning Up” achieved strong results on Beatport, entering three charts and peaking at #7 in Tech House Releases and #31 Overall, while several other releases reached Top 100 Hype and Release charts. Further releases are scheduled for 2026, starting with EPs on Six Sound Records and Pool at Noon. Alex’s productions have been heard at Hï Ibiza, Amnesia, Basement Madrid, Ibiza Global Radio and Pure Ibiza Radio, and received exposure on Marco Carola’s Music On channel, as well as support from artists who inspired the foundation of his sound, including Tomi & Kesh. As a DJ, Alex has performed across Europe at venues including Ministry of Sound, Egg London and Pacha Barcelona, played at international festivals in Romania such as Codru and Hustle. On Air on the island he has been live at Pure Ibiza Radio and has his debut on the iconic Ibiza Global Radio on January 30th. He previously held a residency at NOOK Club Bucharest, where he shared the booth with artists such as Fleur Shore, Blackchild and Tomi & Kesh. With a growing international profile, a consistent release schedule, and high-profile radio exposure, Alex Rush continues to refine a groove-driven, club-focused sound designed for dancefloors worldwide
