Coming from the jazz drums, Adriano's objective is to help keep genuine music alive through an incessant search for soulful dance records to share with his guests. His selection spans soul/funk/disco in a wide sense - from Brazilian boogie, Nigerian disco, through South African pantsula and lush Philly Sound, to European electronic cuts from the mid 1980s through the 1990s. For Adriano, music is the food of the soul and playing records is artistry.
