Born in New York, raised in Chicago, and spending 6 years in Portland before hitting the road, Miles has a diverse range of musical influences to pull from. A traditionally trained musician that played trumpet for 8 years, he also has an affinity for horns and live elements. He combines them with deep and minimal grooves to create the perfect ambience for each set and setting, soundtracking a wide range of events from clubs in Romania and warehouses in Portland, to desert sunrises, woodsy cabin raves, beaches in Hawaii, and ecstatic dances in the jungles of Guatemala. No two sets are ever the same. His joy of selecting tracks for each unique environment, for the vibe of the party and the people, breathes life into his music and takes his mixing to the next level.
