72-Hour Post Fight
Biografía
72-HOUR POST FIGHT is a collaborative music project between Italian producers Carlo Luciano Porrini (Fight Pausa) and Luca Bolognesi (Palazzi D’Oriente). Their first album, which came out on La Tempesta Dischi in March 2019, combines elements of electronic music, downtempo and ambient with jazz, math rock, emo.
During 2018, what once was a one-shot live performance by the two artists, became an actual album, combining elements of electronic music, downtempo and ambient with jazz, math rock, emo. This blend of genres was achieved mainly thanks to the involvement in the project of two other members: Andrea Dissimile (drummer, former member of Leute and touring drummer for Generic Animal) and Adalberto Valsecchi (saxophonist).
The album, a single entity without pauses, oscillates between left-field musical passages, jazz interventions, improvisation, sharp guitars and hip-hop drum breaks.
