I am 01100110. In data sciences, the numbers 0 and 1 resemble the two states "false" and "true", and there is nothing inbetween. This is reflected in the digital capitalism that we currently living in, as the individual is often reduced on its digital representation in the social media and on its function to uphold the creation of capital, and there seems to be no way out. With my music however, I want to focus on what is inbetween "true" and "false". I want to create a space of imagination. While I want to give the listeners and dancers a moment of solace from their everyday live, it is in the same time my goal to not lull or numben my audience. Therefore, I am constantly seeking for new forms and ways to expand the scope of techno music by seeking for more complex rhythmics, compositional form, and landscapes of sound. By questioning and deconstructing basic forms of techno music I want to inspire my audience to attentive listening, new ways of dancing, and ultimately new ideas. I want to set in motion not only the body, but also the mind.
